Saisystems International Named 5th in Best Places to Work in Connecticut

Three times in a row in top 5, Saisystems International has been named among the Best Places to Work in Connecticut by the Hartford Business Journal. This year, Saisystems International ranked #5, marking the entire team's accomplishment against all the COVID-19 challenges and shuffles.

Established in 2005, the Best Places to Work in Connecticut award honors the highest-ranking employers in Connecticut based on their contributions to the state's economy, workforce, and business environment. Companies from across Connecticut applied for the two-part survey process, the first of which included submission of policies, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part of the survey measured employee experience, with the combined scores determining the top companies and final rankings.

"This award reflects an on-going effort of the entire Saisystems International team to adjust to external fluctuations, ensure our employee's safety, and maintain a strong collaborative working environment grounded in our core values. I'm very excited to see our core values continue to shine through in this challenging time and continue to propel our team forward," said Dr. Wadhwani.

As part of the COVID-19 prevention measures, there was no in-person award ceremony. However, the Saisystems International team joined other Best Places to Work winners in a virtual celebration hosted by the Hartford Business Journal. Details can be found on the Hartford Business Journal website.

Saisystems International competes in the small to medium-size company category, and this is the fourth year in a row Saisystems International ranked in the top 10.

Headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut since 1987, the technology and health company nurtures strong community connections while operating through the U.S. and abroad.

"To be honored as the fifth "Best Places to Work in Connecticut" is an incredible achievement of the entire team, and we are happy to continue building an inspiring working environment," said Dr. Wadhwani. "We have proven that by embodying our core values and working together, we can achieve great things."

The company looks forward to returning to the competition in 2022.
