Maintaining Excellence through Challenging Times
It has been more than two months since the World Health Organization officially declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic. And since that time, we have all had to adjust the way we live and do business.
Our organization, like others, needed to respond quickly to ensure the safety of our people and still address the significant business challenges that remain.
Technology has been a key element of our business since it’s creation in 1987 and now over 30 years later, we rely on technology more than ever to keep us united as we continue to deliver excellence.
Laptops, webcams and teleconference software have created digital bridges to each other, keeping us connected and informed.
The tools required to continue to do business have changed quickly to meet the demand, but technology alone is not a guarantee of our success.
It is the responsibility of people to deliver service regardless of the tools available.
The value of Dharma drives us to continually demonstrate integrity, responsibility and accountability.
Each of us now sits socially distant and to succeed we must bear the responsibility for reaching out and connecting to clients, prospects and each other.
We must find a way to continue to serve each other. Let us encourage each other to be productive and proactive and let us have compassion for those who are facing struggles and challenges of their own.
It will still be some time before we are able to physically come together again, but until then, stay positive and stay united.
In your service,
