As part of the JV agreement, Maestro Consulting has fully acquired a five year old stable growing technology staffing company Brahma Info Tech (BIT. The BIT asset acquisition includes their India based offshore recruiting arm which will now be integrated into SAI's offshore centre in India at Pune and Puttaparthy based SAI-Rites, to streamline the recruiting process and enhance recruiting services as an RPO offering from SAI-Rites.

The Maestro JV will be managed by Kamal Singh Bathla who is a 20+ years IT veteran with rich corporate US expertise which includes 5 years as a VP at JPMC in infrastructure management.
