SAI Systems assist clients and partner companies in setting up their own remote development centers in India. This will enable clients and partners to benefits of high quality,low cost development capabilities.Establishing such a dedicated facility implies investments in the infrastructure, resources, administrative costs and the associated risk. By setting up such a facility on their behalf through leveraging our local presence and infrastructure in India, we are able to jumpstart client projects.
The facility follows and operates in sync with the client's processes and business strategy. For all practical purposes, this would act as an extension of the Client's IS/IT department. SAI systems will manage the facility until the client develops the ability to manage it by themselves. At a mutually agreed timeframe, we will transfer the complete ownership of the facility and resources to the client/partner. This helps the clients to significantly reduce risk, reduce establishment costs, have a fully productive unit much faster, and utilize our processes and tools to successfully manage offshore development.
